We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Deputy Manager to join our friendly and welcoming care home providing care for adults with a range of needs including dementia/Alzheimer's, old age and elderly care and physical disability.

About the Role:

As the Deputy Manager at our fantastic care home in Doncaster, you will oversee and assist every aspect of care and activities within the home, making sure the level of care provided goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. It will mean providing specialist support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervising/coaching the wider team. Always seeking to share your experience, you will provide valuable support, guidance, and assistance to the rest of our care staff, helping to create an inspired, motivated and empowered team resulting in outstanding levels of care for our clients.

About you:

Experience in a deputy manager role in a medium sized settingEffective communicator able to lead by exampleExperience in a nursing home environmentThorough understanding and experience supporting with CQC inspectionsLevel 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
