Good little camper floor is solid pulls great easy to move. Floors are solid has a clear title.  No bathroom.  Tires are like new I have a window air conditioner that will go with it.  With a little love this would be a really sharp camper.  Overall very solid.  All window seals seem good as well as the windows all work.  Has a new spare tire aswell.  If we make a deal deposit will be required and a set in stone time of pickup.
