I am moving and this beautiful set will not fit in my new apartment. It is in excellent condition rarely used, I am single and don't eat at table very often. The hutch is lighted inside with glass shelves. The table has five regular chairs and a chair with arms. The table is 56" long and 40" wide it can seat up to 6. The hutch is 18"deep, 52" long and 78" tall. The top of the hutch comes off for moving. HAS TO BE GONE BY OCTOBER 28th
