Base unit has porcelain counter top - and sink - it measures roughly 47" wide x 35" tall x 25" deep. Drawers/cabinet are practical (drawer under sink is fixed). Top hutch has original flour sifter - hutch measures approximately 47" wide x 51" tall x 12" deep. Plaque on hutch states "Domestic Science - Built In Kitchen Units - McDougall Co. - Frankfort, Indiana". Some water damage on the hutch (visualized). Valued at about $1500 in restored condition.
