　　Hunt Deer, Elk and bear while you stay in this mountain cabin all for one price. DIY Hunt in Land of Plenty, Silt Colorado the game rich private property in GMU042, this is prime hunting ground, located in Western Colorado. The ranch is booked with one group at a time most of the time depending on the number of hunters. There is a very nice cabin with running water, warm shower, & electricity (provided by solar), and two other camping cabins. Not only will you be hunting approximately 1000 acres of private ground, you are also able to hunt a controlled access area of BLM and National Forest.

　　With 1000 acres of private land surrounded by public land that pushed the deer and elk on the private land for an even denser animal density, land ranging from 6,500 feet in the sage brush to 8,500 feet in elevation in the aspen and fir trees you will see Elk, Deer and lots of Bear. In addition we regularly see Bobcats, Coyotes, Merriam Turkeys, Mountain Lions, and Moose. Hunting here with harvest since 1939 we know the game and where to find it. There are roads and two tracks on the ranch for cars, jeeps, ATV?s and snowmobiles.

　　This is a very nice cabin with running water, warm shower, & electricity (provided by solar), and two other camping cabins. We have controlled access to BLM and National Forest with because of our 1000 acres of private ground.

　　I put these cameras up in late June to July to set up stands for archery season, which can be used during rifle seasons also. We leave these up until after all seasons to check on game movement to try to help all the hunters.

　　I check these during and in between seasons to show the hunters. The hunters pay to hunt the ranch exclusively. We are working on the ranch until we can't work up there do to snow all the time so there will be people on the ranch. There is cattle on the ranch through October or until the snow runs them out. The rancher also has the right to check on his cattle at any time while they're on the property. The cabin holds up to 10 people, sleeping,

　　we still want to allow only 5 hunters but 6 will work. More can come but we don't want more hunters. You can drive most of the ranch staying on the roads which means not packing an animal very far, ATV's recommended. The property is 13 miles South of Silt which is 18 miles West of Glenwood on I-70. The success rate is around 50%. This is a completely DIY hunt with no guarantees of game these are 100% free ranging animals.

　　Hunt pricing includes hunting Elk, Deer, and bear, you can hunt 1 or all in these discounted package. Package prices are $ 2400 but reduced down to the numbers below.
