　　Meet Precious Persimmons, AKA Simmy ! This 75-pound lap dog is 10 years old and looking for a new forever home. Sadly, her previous home dumped her in the shelter but their loss is your gain. Simmy is a super affectionate, fun, loving and quirky Shepherd mix. She loves catching food, belly rubs, hunting flies, watching lizards and laying in the sun. She also enjoys her daily 1-2 mile power walks despite having a misshapen back paw. It doesnt slow her down! Simmy is dog friendly but would be perfectly happy as an only dog or with another mellow dog such as herself. Good with cats. Other benefits of adopting this older gal are: house-broken, non-destructive and quiet but occasionally she will howl. Its quit cute.
