This is a wooden Responsibility Chart for children 4 years old and up. There are two sections hinged together and a cord allowing it to be hung up. Each section measures 15-1/2" wide x 11-1/2" high x 1/4" thick.

　　The top section is a grid with a column for Goal, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Result

　　The bottom section is a blank dry erase board. A dry erase marker can be used to personalize the board. The following magnets are also included:
