1973 Mercury 4 Hp outboard in outstanding condition. This engine has seen hardly any use. It has wonderful compression. Due to the fact that of several years of storage the following things have been done 2 months back: New impeller, new fuel lines, brand-new equipment oil, and a carb restore.
