Charlotte is extremely loving and loves to be with people. She is about 1-2 yrs old and 10 lbs. She is friendly with other dogs and ignores cats. She lives in a foster home with two older children and adores them. Charlotte can be a tad shy with strangers but warms up quickly. She loves laps, soft beds, and being spoiled ? such a princess!
