Emery's story

　　**Emery is currently being fostered in HOUSTON TX. She is available for out-of-state adoption as well to the perfect family. Her adoption fee (for out of state adopters) is $495 which covers her transport to her new family, all her medical care, and health certificate. She is fully vetted, spayed and microchipped.** Hi there, my name is Emery. Emery is a black stone and that is where I got my name. My foster mom calls me Emmie, because I am sweet and happy and not hard like a rock. My world got turned upside down when I found myself without my family. I didn?t know what happened and all of the sudden I was alone in a very scary place. Thankfully Joyrides Rescue saw what a great girl I was and saved me. They told me they would find me a new family. So now I am in my foster home waiting for my new family to find me. I love love love to ride in the car. I jump right in and am a good girl no matter where we go. I also like to go for a walk. It is very fun to cruise around the neighborhood. My foster mom keeps telling me I need to walk more to get more exercise. She says something like ?we are just trying to help you get back your girlish figure?! I am active and would love a family that lets me do things with them. I also am great in my crate or out of my crate. I have wonderful house manners and know some of my basic obedience commands. I take treats very polite (even the healthy ones).
