My story

　　Hello, my name is Sophie. If you see me in my kennel I may not look like a dog you want to visit but I promise that's not the dog I really am. When I'm in the kennel I feel stuck in a way so I put on a huge tough face so I feel safe. When I'm in the yard with a new person, I can be very standoffish and unsure. I'm the type of dog that is slow to warm up but when I do I'll find someone to be my best friend and the person I go to when I feel scared. It may take a bit of time, but honesty the best way to get to know me is to visit me a few days in a row so I have a chance to get comfortable. Little by little you'll start to see the real me. If someone came in who knows dobermans that would just be an added bonus! If you have time for a slow and steady dog then please come in and show me that you can be my new best friend.
