Tyson is a tiny 6 year old yorkie/shihtzu mix who is looking for a loving forever home. Tyson is a very happy go lucky boy with plenty of pep and energy in his little legs. Tyson is very friendly and loves toys! He also loves to be loved on and carried around. Tyson needs a home with children 10 years of age or older only. Tyson is good with other small dogs, but would also do just fine flying solo as the only fur baby in the home. Tyson is good on a leash and loves to go for walks and would love to find an active home where he can get lots of play time and exercise. Tyson knows how to use a doggy door, but is not fully house trained, and may need some patience and training on his indoor/outdoor bathroom habits. Tyson is a petite boy who weighs in at 6 pounds full grown. Tyson will need regular professional grooming in his forever home. He is neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped, licensed and vet checked. His adoption includes a free vet visit and 30 days of free pet insurance. We will be accepting adoption applications for Tyson in person at our shelter location 1102 W Hatcher Rd for the next 48 hours, through 6pm on Thursday March 29th. Please bring any dogs currently in the home to meet Tyson at the time of the meet and greet. We are open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm.
